I make mine with 2 cups of Almond milk (unsweetened vanilla), 1 scoop of Sun Warrior vanilla protein powder (it's vegan - no whey, soy, or other artificial junk so I feel comfortable sharing it with my LOs), 1 cup of frozen fruit and a large handful of spinach.

Mine isn't really a recipe...I just throw a bunch of stuff into our Magic Bullet for him. Milk, yogurt, spinach, strawberries, blueberries, and sometimes a fruitcup (like mandarin oranges or peaches). I like mine pretty simple. I just do strawberries, bananas, almond milk, and spinach.

This. I dont use exact measurements and use what i have on hand. Its all good until the kiddos see the spinach going in. My oldest promptly told me that he didnt want to have a salad in his smoothie...lol

This is what we do too, mostly. Sometimes I'll just do chocolate almond milk, bananas, peanut butter and spinach--that is Audrey's favorite. She thinks it's an ice cream shake. :)
