- 1 bar of cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp of vanilla
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar (more or less can be added to taste)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of jello instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 bag of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add vanilla and mix evenly.
- Stir 1/3 of the bag of chocolate chips into cream cheese mixture.
- Add pudding and mix really well to avoid clumps.
- Place mixing bowl with contents into the refrigerator for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Set out wax paper and pour some chocolate chips in the center.
- With clean/damp hands (water helps avoid sticking to you) roll the cream cheese mixture into a ball and place on the chocolate chips.
- Now use your hands to pour more chips onto the sides and press inward to make them stick.
- Finally wrap the finished ball covered in chips with wax paper and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
It goes great with chocolate graham crackers (teddy grahams), but I’ve had it with regular animal crackers too, and of course fresh fruit.
