5-6 red potatoes
.25 stick butter
Garlic salt
Pepper
Cut potatoes into chunks (about .5 inch thick) and place in microwave safe bowl with lid (I use my pyrex white casserole dish). Chunk butter up and place on top of potatoes, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper and add a small amount of water to bottom of dish (about .5 cup). Place lid and microwave 10-15 minutes. Stir and serve!
These are a favorite of my husband and are kind of like boiled potatoes but less soggy and more delicous! We do them a lot for bbqs.
