Tangy BBQ Chicken

Zesty Slow Cooker Chili
(From Allrecipes.Com)

Ingredients
6 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (12 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Place everything in the Crock Pot, and cook 6-8 hours on low. About half an hour before you're ready to eat, shred the chicken and return to the crock pot. Serve on buns.

Sounds yummy! I bet that would be good on salad as well if you are going low carb.
