Steak w/ Rosemary Wine Marinade

Steak w/ Rosemary Wine Marinade
  • 1/3 cup dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • your favorite steak

Directions:
  1. Combine everything except for the garlic and onion in a large zip lock bag.
  2. Sprinkle garlic and onion powders all over steak.
  3. Toss steak in bag and seal.
  4. Place in refrigerator overnight or for as little as 30 minutes before grilling to your preferred temperature.
Note: this marinade is great for kabobs, just cut steak and add bell peppers, quartered onions, and cherry tomatos to bag.
