Does anyone have a good recipe for this? Crockpot recipes are a bonus. TIA!

I really like the sauce with this recipe - One Pot Sausage & Mushroom Pasta. I make the sauce and cook the pasta seperate anyway. You could do it in the crockpot, just put the browned sausage with everything else in the pot and cook on low. This makes a decent amount but for crockpot I'd probably double it and freeze the leftover.

2 Tbsp olive oil
2-3 links Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
8 oz. button mushrooms
1 (28oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano

Remove sausage from casings. Add the olive oil and sausage a large skillet and cook over medium heat until browned. Add the crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, mushrooms, basil, and oregano to the pot. Stir to combine and to dissolve any browned bits off the bottom of the pot. Simmer 15 min.

I keep meaning to try Skinnytaste's Crock Pot Bolognese, but I haven't gotten around to it. I don't think she's ever steered me wrong before!
