I love the buffalo chicken recipe you posted! This is another one of our faves modified from Italian Beef- sorry I don't have exact measurements, but you can't really screw it up:

Italian Chicken
1 bag of frozen chicken breasts/tenderloins (I think these are around 3lbs or so)
I jar of pepperocinis (probably spelled that wrong!)
1 can chicken broth (standard soup can size)
2 packets Good Seasonings Italian Dressing (I use 1 regular and 1 zesty)

Cook and then shred once chicken is done (about 5 hrs on high or 8-10 hours on low)- I let it then cook another 30-60 minutes once I shredded it to let the flavor all really soak in.
