Shredded Beef Sandwich’s

Shredded Beef Sandwich’s
  • 1 packet – Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
  • 1 packet – AuJus mix
  • 1 can – Beef broth
  • 1 can – water
  • Garlic powder
  • 3lbs. Roast Beef, cheaper the better (chuck or arm)

  1. Mix dressing mix, AuJus mix, broth and water in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle beef with garlic powder and add to slow cooker.
  3. Cook all of the above for 6-8 hours.
  4. Cut or tear meat apart.
  5. Serve on rolls with liquid from the slow cooker for dipping.

Spice it up with peppercinnis and/or add quartered onions to the cooker.
