French Toast

I use Alton Brown's recipe and it is abcolutely DEEELISH.

1 cup half-and-half (ETA: I just use milk)
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons honey, warmed in microwave for 20 seconds
1/4 teaspoon salt

It says on the website that it makes 8 slices, but I probably only get about 5 or 6 out of it.

Mix all the ingredients
Place bread into egg mixture on each side so that it is evenly coated
Cook in a frying pan until each side is browned.

You can use whatever kind of bread you want, but I like using the Texas Toast, thick bread; it doesn't fall apart like regular bread does. I've also frozen and thrown them in the toaster for breakfast another time.
