Dinners- week of 2/9

Postby lurinmichelle » Tue Feb 10, 2015 9:08 am

I'm trying to use up what's in the pantry/freezer this week, so nothing too exciting over here.

Monday- Broccoli cheddar soup in mini bread bowls, side salad
Tuesday- Grilled chicken over quinoa enchilada casserole
Wednesday- Breakfast for dinner (probably omelets, hashbrowns, and bacon)
Thursday- Chicken Philly sandwiches with sweet potato fries
Friday- Mini meatloaves, green beans
Saturday- Lasagna, caesar salad, ... and chocolate fondue for dessert (For Valentines Day ;) )
