Monday - grilled pork chops (marinated in Dale's), grilled zucchini strips, baked sweet potato
Tuesday - Crockpot Italian Beef (so, so good!) - I just throw carrots and fingerling potatoes in with the roast for easy sides
Wednesday - stuffed peppers
Thursday - chicken stir fry
Some time over the weekend - homemade chicken noodle soup

Additional recipes I've been loving lately:
Slow Cooker Balsamic Roast (soooooo flavorful and crazy easy!)
Three Cheese Beef Stuffed Shells (DH is obsessed with these)
Bacon Wrapped Chicken (very simple to prepare and super delicious! I always use organic chicken thighs as they are more flavorful/juicy)

Haha, chili third week in a row for us. It's so easy, warm, and filling. Not to mention, tasty! Pretty sure my husband and 4 year old are ready to be done with chili for the year.

It's such a good option for Halloween! Quick and filling before heading out to ToT. I love it, but Matt does not...
